Tony has a commerce degree and worked as an accountant at Price Waterhouse. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has chaired the Northern Pride rugby league club.

Tony coaches because the skills that keep an agent listing and selling when the market turns can be learned, and he has used them for decades.
